ISO 9001:2008 Certified Company

In 2003, GTS earned the International Standardization Organization’s certification (ISO 9001:2000), and was re-certified (ISO 9001:2008) in 2009, demonstrating our dedication to continuous improvement and superior performance in all aspects of our business. GTS is currently undergoing re-certification to the ISO 9001:2015 standard, to be completed by the fall of 2017.

GTS systematically monitors its quality through customer feedback, regular management reviews, and bi-annual quality assessments. We constantly hone our processes, maintaining our commitment to the ongoing improvement of GTS’ operations and services. GTS also has a defined list of Key Performance Indicators (KPI) and quality targets that are continually measured and analyzed. During the bi-annual management reviews, the company’s management compares the previous year’s performance against a series of quantifiable measurements and discusses potential adjustments to be made in the GTS Quality Management System.

Employee training is essential for upholding GTS’ rigorous quality program. Every new employee receives extensive training on the company’s methods and procedures. GTS considers new trainings as an opportunity to keep staff updated with current industry rules, regulations, processes, and trends.
